Returns- Projects

- To cancel the order, call our customer support at 07038948799 or 09766350722. In case, the box has already shipped, please do not accept the courier and we will take care of the logistics and return your money to your bank account / credit card.
- We will give a 100% refund on receiving the box back from you.
- If the box contents are used / damaged / incomplete, we would deduct the refund amount on the basis of our judgement.
- However, products once open cannot be exchanged or returned.

Time taken for refund

All refunds would be processed in 7 – 10 working days.

Returns- Events
My amount was charged, but I have not received the SMS/Email confirmation. Or I did not receive a confirmation SMS/email for a transaction I am charged for.
If the booking is confirmed, you should be able to see an active ticket under the ‘Purchase History’ on the app/website.

You can use the ‘Resend Confirmation’ feature at the bottom of the web page to get your confirmation.
In case you cannot see an active booking for the transaction that you have done, please contact us at support@winningfrog.com, or call us at 7038948799 or 09766350722. We will help you with the exact status of your transaction.
Note: In case the amount is charged, and the booking is not confirmed, you shall expect the refund to the source within 7-10 working days. In case of a payment done using a mobile wallet the charged amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours.

When will I receive a refund for the failed transaction?
The amount is refunded from our end within 2 hours and should reflect in your respective account within 5-7 working days. In case it is a nationalized bank, it may take a maximum of 10 working days.
In case paid through wallet, it would reflect within 24-48 hours.

It’s been already 5-7 working days I haven’t received the refund yet. Why haven’t I received the refund yet?
If the amount is charged we process the refund within 2 hours, it also depends on your bank how long it takes to reflect in your account.
In case of a nationalized bank, it takes 10 working days for the amount to refund to get refunded to the payment source.
You may check with your bank once for the refund status. If you are unable to get any details on your refund status, pls share your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date via email on support@winningfrog.com.
Will not be able to take a printout of ticket. I have not been able to take a printout of my ticket confirmation. Can I just show the SMS confirmation at the box office to collect the tickets?
In case you are unable to carry a printout of the confirmation email, unless it is an e-Ticket.

Showing the SMS confirmation at the counter will be good enough to pick up the tickets.
